Our chocolate fruits, gathered as an orchard.

The Khoury's Fig, Chocolate Clementine and Chocolate Bergamot are each moulded to crack into segments, a grown-up return to the chocolate orange of every childhood Christmas. The Fig is our own invention: a fig 'chocolate' stone-ground from Lebanese, Greek and Turkish figs, with fig leaves picked at the height of summer. With them come Dates upon Pistachios, our smooth chocolate hazelnut spread, and two bars from our City series: Beirut, with orange blossom caramel and cashew baklava crunch, and Paris, with crunchy hazelnut praline and caramel.
