Chocolate love letters from London to the world

I’m Philip Khoury — pastry chef, author, and lifelong chocolate obsessive.

I Spent the last 6 years at Harrods in London. As Head Pastry Chef I helped lead a huge team, creating desserts for the most iconic food halls in the world. But the dream was always to make something truly mine.

Khourys is the result — an artisan London chocolate studio where we craft  chocolate bars and confections, each one a “love letter” told through flavour and texture.

It began with the Beirut Chocolate Bar, created for a charity bake sale and never meant to be more than a one-off. But it struck a chord — and became something much bigger. Each month, a new city joins the collection… each with its own story, ingredients, and personality.

Every bar is made using exceptional, natural ingredients, thoughtful design, and a balance of innovation and tradition. We make everything in small batches, by hand, in our London kitchen.

Khourys is for the gourmand — the person who follows flavour across borders, who cares where ingredients come from (all plants in our case!) who loves a layered surprise with their indulgence.

Whether it’s a city bar, a limited-edition collaboration, or a cup of our hot chocolate, every piece is rooted in heritage — yet full of surprises.
