When do you ship orders?

We ship once a week, every Monday. Orders placed before Sunday midnight (UK time) will be included in the Monday dispatch. Orders placed after this cut-off will be dispatched the following Monday.

Yes. All orders are shipped in insulated packaging, designed to protect chocolate from heat and damage during transit.

How should I store my chocolate?

Keep your chocolate in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight and strong odours. Do not refrigerate unless absolutely necessary, as this can affect texture and flavour.

How long will the chocolate last?

Our chocolates are best enjoyed fresh. Each bar is stamped with a best-before date, but we recommend enjoying within 3 months of dispatch for peak flavour and texture.

Is your chocolate plant-based?

Yes. All Khourys confections are made using 100% plant-based ingredients, without compromise on flavour or texture.

Do your chocolates contain nuts, gluten, or soy?

Some of our chocolates contain nuts, gluten, and soy. All allergens are listed on each product page and on the packaging. Please note that our chocolates are made in a kitchen where these ingredients are present, so we cannot guarantee they are free from trace amounts.

Can I send chocolate as a gift?

Absolutely. Every bar is packaged like a chocolate love letter, making it the perfect gift. You can ship directly to the recipient and include a gift note at checkout.
