In time for Filipino Food Month, from the Chocolate Hills of Bohol, where ube grows in volcanic soil and the tarsier moves through lush tropical canopy, this bar carries a story first imagined for an Easter collection we never fully released, yet too cute to leave behind.

Bright and pure passionfruit gelée cuts through a soft ube coconut cream, layered with caramelised puffed rice and toasted coconut for a gentle, lingering crunch, all enrobed in a vivid ube coconut chocolate.

Ingredients

Ingredients: Sugar, cocoa butter, almonds (NUTS), passionfruit juice, coconut chips, glucose syrup, freeze-dried ube powder, puffed brown rice, water, pectin, citric acid, cream of tartar, vanilla, salt, sunflower lecithin. traces of Colour: mica, iron oxides.
