A pistachio wrapped in pistachio. A chocolate made from the nut itself, layered around a whole pistachio slow-roasted and caramelised in small batches the traditional way. Bright at first, then earthy, and toasted. The couverture is pistachio, cocoa butter, sugar and salt. Nothing else. Iranian pistachios, completely realised, in a tin cast from infinitely recyclable steel.
