We're proud to share our fig 'chocolate', unlike anything you will have tasted before. Made in the style of white chocolate and enriched with Lebanese, Greek and Turkish figs, which lend flavour, body and sweetness, it's stone-ground together with local fig leaves harvested in the peak of summer, and some raw cane sugar and almonds until silky smooth. Rich with fig flavour, from leaf to fruit.

INGREDIENTS: Cocoa butter, caster sugar, fig (dried) 18%, almonds (nuts) (defatted) 18%, fig leaf powder, sunflower lecithin (emulsifier).
