Jordan Duclaut is a London-based potter whose work is delicate, refined, and centred around food and drink. A former pastry chef — and a past colleague of Philip’s at Harrods — Jordan creates tableware that both showcases refined creations and functions beautifully in daily life.
Every cup is handmade over a two-week period, passing through several stages: shaping, drying, handle attachment, bisque firing, glazing, and a final high-temperature firing. The warm green-tinged creamy glaze features light natural marbling from the glaze application, and the satin finish is smooth to the touch and easy to clean. While most potters recommend handwashing, these cups are durable enough to withstand the dishwasher.
