Creamy Almond Chocolate 45% with Organic Bergamot Oil

Our signature 45% milk chocolate begins with organic cocoa beans grown in the Cusco rainforests, high in the Andes, where cloud forest meets the ancient stone terraces of Machu Picchu. We stone-grind the cocoa with almonds and raw cane sugar until silky smooth, then finish with organic bergamot oil, pressed from the peel of a prized Calabrian citrus - the same oil that lends Earl Grey its distinctive floral character.
